GB No. 5-6, summer-fall 1991

They are going and going,
they are crying
but we don't hear them
Some are big, some are small,
     Some have feathers,
     Some are striped
     Some are polka-dotted.
     Red and black.
     They are crawling, flying, swimming.
With tears, they sing with tears.
We won't see them anymore.
But they?
